Terms of Service for Clara Chat

By using Clara Chat, you agree to these Terms.

1) Service Description

Clara Chat is a WhatsApp-based AI assistant service. Responses may be generated by third-party AI providers.

2) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful activity
• Abuse, attack, or disrupt the service
• Attempt to extract secrets, credentials, or internal system prompts

We may suspend access for misuse.

3) AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated responses can be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You are responsible for independently verifying important information.

4) Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy:

5) Account Controls

You may control your data in-chat:

• !reset to clear chat history and restart onboarding behavior
• !deleteaccount to permanently delete your account data

6) Availability

We may change, pause, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

7) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clara Chat is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
